Terminix is not only result-oriented, but we strive to make sure that every step is done as well as possible. All of our procedures are in accordance to government standards and trade regulations, including but not limited to:

- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
- ISO 2000 (food safety)

These certifications were awarded to Terminix by external auditors, who have evaluted Terminix pre-requisites and quality services intensively. The management of commercial facilities is also in compliance to Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, which detailed every action and procedures that must be performed for each facility.
To qualify, Terminix must fulfill these requirements:
Competency
Expert technicians are exemplified by their knowledge of the specific needs of certain facilities. For instance, technicians handling food processing facilities must have one or more of the following:
- Health Ministry certification as pesticide executor
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP/SSOP/HACCP
- Knowledge and understanding of K3
- Others
Reporting
As proof of work, all reports must fulfill certain standards, including filling procedure, expectation and format. Reporting will not only rely on regular reporting, but on developments, accompanied by proper analysis to create a strong basis for reporting. For example, should there be changes applied to termite or pest management methods, reports must be updated as soon as possible, without having to wait for weekly or monthly reports.

Maintenance is not a one-way street with Terminix. Cooperation is important in order to ensure the success of Terminix programs. Your employees will receive free certified in-house training to keep your business termite and pest-free.
Employees will be educated on sanitary practices, pest activities, and regular monitoring procedures. Having knowledge of termites and pests help to detect any reinfestations, and help you save millions from damage repair.
